I’ve had some really powerful meditations with people using the left eye.

Clearer visions than when I did ayahuasca.

It’s connected to different parts of the brain and you stimulate that with the energy you directly through your own eyes..

Fringe stuff here but I hadn’t had the experience I did, whilst sober, I couldn’t say any of this

Its tricky to do right, but you need to keep both eyes open while looking only through the left to their right.

Nah, it's looking about 00.001 of an inch from the left side of their nose, into their nostril. You also need to learn to see from your left pinky finger into their left ear lobe....
