The opposite is a concept I keep dwelling on called "a leader worth following."

Narcissism: Instead of simply thinking yourself to be great, your greatness is authentic and self-evident.

Machiavellianism: You don't have to manipulate and back-stab to be put in charge because your extreme competency makes you known as the right man for the job.

Psychopathy: Instead of psychopathy, you have rationality, empathy and solid and unwavering code that no one can push you off of, informed but otherwise uninfluenced by emotional states. The waves crash against and fall off of you as you withstand their impact unaffected.
