I have three women at the moment. A quick rundown, simply for perspective.

  1. A fiance'd up girl. I don't really care about her, but the sex is awesome.

  2. a 19 year old student. We share a lot of common interests, both into black metal a whole lot, we enjoy shooting the shit and fucking. But, of course being a student, this is over in two months anyway when she moves off to uni. She knows I won't do the long distance bollocks thing, but she's said more than a few times she's up for some weekend trips for more of the same.

  3. Plate 3 who requested the upgrade. I met her at a club about three weeks ago? Maybe four. She was pissed off at her friends, standing on the stairs waiting for them to finish the night. I saw her, chatted her up, made her laugh, we drank together. A slight run-in with her fat friend, but we having been seeing each other since then.

We fucked on the third date, she really made me work for it. She did throw a few shit tests here and there but seems to relish whenever I knock them straight back, sometimes to take the piss out of her. But I was straight up and told her I wasn't exclusive and actively chase ladies. She wasn't wholly OK with that news, but at the same time, she still wanted to fuck and spend time and all the rest. She's also very clear about splitting the bill. She's degree educated, seems to make decent cash, but doesn't fill every conversation about how great she is at her job or whatever.

Now, she's basically rather overtly stated she wants to go exclusive. Usually with such a request, I'd dismiss it entirely as it's such a new thing. And I'm fairly sure some of this is just new girl butterflies or whatever you want to call it. But there have been some things about her that have made me wonder.

A few nights ago, she was showing me a couple of dress options for some birthday party we're going to. She's openly admitted she doesn't want to go, it's more a show face thing, but she wants me to come with her and she'll apparently make it worth my while.

So she's showing me these various dresses, the same time wearing sexy underwear and all this. I asked her straight up, "I know nothing about fashion, why are you showing me dresses?" She replied that she wanted to know which one I'd like to fuck her in on the night in question! I laughed and selected one. She immediately put the others away to return to the store, the one I selected she was keeping. The point here isn't the dress, it's the fact she asked me, not my opinion, but what I wanted and then immediately did it. I didn't even realize it happened, it's only when I thought about it a few days afterwards.

Other things during our tenure together. For example, when meeting her friends who tried to shit test me, she immediately went straight on my defense. Except, it wasn't defense, it was... not sure how to describe. It was like the shit test didn't even happen and was of so little consequence. Basically, her fat friend was taking the piss out of me for being a gym rat (I was drinking OJ instead of beer, it came up). 3 immediately grabbed my arm and complimented my physique and how she likes that I put in some effort. Fat friend was pretty much put in her place, silently but firmly. I asked her about it later and it just led to some pretty damn good sex!

Anyway, the nature of her request is pretty straight up. She said that she doesn't want to get too serious as it's too soon, as in she's not moving in or anything. But at the same time, if I want a proper chance with her (her words), then I need to drop the other plates and quit fucking other girls. She doesn't care that I go out or whatever, she knows I have a pretty full life, but she wants to be monogamous.

Added to that, condition two so to speak, is that in addition we both visit the sexual health clinic for a full test. She knows I've been sleeping around, which I have. Now, I have always used protection so I'm pretty much in the clear, but I can understand where she's coming from. I can say I've been using protection but how does she know.

From what I know (I never ask number), she has had two long term relationships and is mid-20s.

So on the one hand, I'm thinking three weeks in and this is a bit of an ask! I'm having fun and frankly, enjoying the odd one night stand, living life for myself etc. But on the other hand, if I can sound corny, I'm well aware of the oneitis thing and I really don't have that, but she doesn't totally bear the hallmarks of some of the other girls I've been with. Such as either being overly bitchy or obvious slut.

So on the one hand, I'm wondering if this is just a typical potential for a fall, or if I have a good 'un on my hands and it's worth persevering with? I'm sure she's no unicorn, simply because AWALT. But half of me wonders if this isn't a front and she has some values to her?
