Quick summary: We live in student halls and she lives next door. Two of the girls next door like to come into our flat and use our shit like ironing board, iron, hoover etc. I've gotten sick of them just using us for our "resources" and giving fuck all back - typical female behavior. I've nipped it in the bud fast and they'll no longer be doing it ever again through me, although my flatmate is your typical nice guy who'll happily give them anything - i'm trying to make him understand they really don't care about being "friends", they just want what they can get for free.

Yesterday thot#2 came over, knocked on my bedroom door and in her nice little submissive voice "joey, can I borrow some of your stain remover for clothes" (which is expensive btw), I opened the door and simply said "no" to her face, very blunt and to the point while holding eye contact. Her face dropped as if to say "wtf really you aren't going to give me what i want", no you cheeky bitch, i won't, fuck off.

Now, they are saying shit like "you seem different", as if to imply I'm the one who is acting unreasonable. No, I just don't have "mug" written all-over my face. How do I reply to these comments? It almost instantly puts me in a defensive position whereby I need to explain to them that I'm not different, I just don't like them and they won't be using my shit ever again.
