Hookah bars are alright, but it's kinda hipster-ish and if you don't have a date to take there with you they're not nearly as good for just randomly talking to people as an actual bar.

Concerts are always a good place to score an easy hook-up. Doesn't really matter what kind of music, pretty much guaranteed to find something.

Get a fake, throw parties, find a promotional company and follow their social media, or if you're near a University then you should try to find a way into the greek life.

coffee or ice cream

I was doing coffee as a 30yo, and would again. it's cheap and noncommittal. you can make her pay just to fuck with her too. it's only $2, so only the catty bitches that aren't worth your time will complain about that. that's like test #2. it's worth $2 to find out a girl should be nexted immediately

(test #1 is getting them away from the dinner date idea)

I like taking them to play pool or bowling. Alternatively, there's always the standard coffee + walk around date.

edit: Ice skating in the winter, beach trip in the summer. Most concerts are all ages (or 18+).
