You're placing too much importance on this girl. When you talk with someone, you just talk, spontaneously. You don't need a plan for dealing with a woman. If you're making plans for dealing with a specific woman, you're placing way too much importance on her.
Remember, you're not just gaming her, you're gaming the group. If she doesn't see you as the big man, leading the group, commanding attention, being large, in charge, and respected by your circle of friends, then you're just an asshole who's not giving her what she wants, while she proceeds to get exactly what she wants from any number of equal or superior guys right next to you.
If she "brought up a negg" [sic] you said previously, then it wasn't a very good neg. Neg is short for negative hit. You're still hitting on a girl when you deliver a neg. It's just something subtle and off -- something a guy wouldn't say to a girl if he was trying to impress her, cared what she thought, valued her, and wanted to fuck her. It's still something generally nice or neutral to say, just with a potentially off meaning or word choice that subtly implies disinterest. If she brought up what you said previously today, then you delivered an insult, not a neg. A neg should have her wondering like crazy what you meant and whether you meant it that way, not angry at being insulted.
Do not try to meet/date this girl apart from your social circle. That's a loser move. Instead, when you're all out, go game other girls instead. Forget about this one. Women like men who are desired by other women. Women don't like losers who chase them and try too hard. You attract women by...get this...being attractive. Being that guy who's confidently talking to other people, known about town, always has an idea of what to do next, making decisions, leading the group. Not by being some weirdo who insults the girl in the group because the Internet told him to try negging.

Was in the exact same situation as you and I ignored her and she started getting intimidated and shy around me which is was weird cause she was cool with all the guys. Eventually she started qualifying herself to me and giving me special treat like offering to buy me food or drinks, ended up having a short fling with her and literally no one in the social circle suspected a thing. Trust me op she is used to attention so when she doesn't get it she will try her best to figure you out, your disinterest leads to her interest.

From what you wrote I can't tell what you actually did. All I can see is what you wanted to do with your actions and how that stupid bitch didn't get it.

For example this whole paragraph is bullshit

Of course the guys in return stroke her ego, buy her a few drinks, and what not. So I decided to be the not nice guy to see how that would work. I don't stroke her ego, instead I'll throw some neggs at her or agree and amplify, usually I'll ignore her. It worked at well one night, since not so much. She's a really emotional girl and every trick I pull out insights an emotional response.

Write the negs down, write the shit tests down you agreed and amplified, write down how you ignored her, write down what you mean by "it worked one night" and write down which emotional responses she had.

This paragraph above is up for interpretation. You could have been red (unlikely given the result) or you could have been a grumpy annoying insufferable little brat.

The other night the bitch came up to me and brought up a negg I pulled the other night, so I agreed and amplified which of course got her mad so she jumped to all the guys to have them stroke her ego after I damaged it.

The response you want with agree and amplify is her playfully punching your shoulder and calling you an asshole. Not jumping up and running away.
