Been seeing this girl for about a year now. Haven't had any significant issues with her.

This morning she texts saying she's hungover after going out drinking last night. It's not the first time she has gone out with work colleagues for a few drinks and not the first time she has been hungover either. The times she has been she is up front about it.

My question is whether I am overstepping in thinking this is irresponsible behaviour? If an LTR goes out and gets drunk with work colleagues once every few months, is that a red flag?
