Not sure if serious, but I pretty much go into Mode One when I'm on vacation and I don't have time to waste on a formal 'date.' It does work on some girls. You don't need to be lewd and crude, just say you're looking for a good time with a fun girl.

That said, I'd strongly suggest that you don't go meet up with a rando in a dark park or hotel room. Guys do get robbed at gunpoint on Tinder doing stupid shit like this. You might not like the idea of meeting at a public place first, but just meeting up with a random girl at her apartment is not something that I would usually do.

Look for girls who have their own place (college girls, older girls etc)

Invite them out for drinks at a bar near their place.

You can save a lot of money by meeting the women at a motel instead of a hotel. Also, since you don't know them only carry cash with you so they won't steal your identity. Finally, you can show them how dominant you are by just giving them money for the date and making your sexual demands upfront. It will show them that you are an assertive individual.
