Lose it to someone you like, rather than an escort. Also, don't just assume she's a virgin or that she wants to lose it with you, unless she has said so. You're only 18, it's not an unusual age to still be a virgin.

Somewhere that allows escalation. The guys here are suggesting FUN dates, which is cool, but I'm not sure if those environments allow any escalation. If they do, all better. If they don't, well, she's already very eager to see you, you'll talk for a bit, make a move, start making out. Teens use movie theaters here a lot, it's the only place they can get some "privacy". How highly do you think of your first time?
There are often guys that GAVE UP on getting laid / knowing women and hired one, and afterwards, learned the basics of attraction and started dating. These guys usually don't hold regrets for hiring the escort.
Other guys see their peers picking up girls, getting laid, but fail to escalate with their gals (getting dumped) or are dumped on approach way too often, and then decide to get the escort. These guys take it as a failure and often take a few years to grow over it.
All in all, nailing some chick is better for the ego and gives some sense of self worth. Some guys feel like they're worth less for hiring an escort, so, if you think you'll feel like that, don't. Some don't give a damn, if you feel you'll be one of these, your choice.

Man, I've heard that too. That doesn't apply to you. There are indeed rational reasons for thinking like that, but they're on the line of "she's on an age she expects good sex, you're on an age you should provide good sex".

You don't haw to tell her you're a virgin, since it's not actually that big of a deal. You just need to own yourself and have fun. Don't put a bunch of pressure on pushing for sex, just make sure you jump on the moment if it comes. While in public don't push too hard for making out with her, just use the time to touch a lot. Getting women comfortable with physical contact is really important if you want to get to sex. When you hug her, make sure one of your hands is either on her as or just above it. Put your arm around her while you're walking, putting your hand on her leg in the car (usually works best if you ease into this one a bit, my favorite is by using my right hand to sort of tap to the beat of the song and at a key moment of the song/ towards the end be playful and use her leg as a drum and just laugh about it.) Your goal with physical contact is to be playful. As to where you take her, I've done things as simple as getting coffee and a bagel, but initiated a bunch of physical contact. Always sit on the same side as her, also allows you to show pictures on your phone that are funny or fun.

Keep good eye contact, touch often and playfully, kiss and escalate on moments of isolation. Try and bring up a subject during that date that could lead to sex, either this date or the next. One evening, when I was a virgin, I just literally kept on escalating from first kiss onwards into everything else; and that definitely helped me to build up some confidence as well as setup some good habits. A lot of guys are just too tame and that doesn't work well when it comes to building attraction.
