Whatever you do, don’t be a creep that holds eye contact the entire time. Half the time, look elsewhere off in the distance as if you’re deeply thinking about what the other person is saying. The other half of the time, look into their eyes.

If you feel weird when looking into their eyes, then look at the top of the bridge of their nose. Right between the eyes, they can’t tell. Personally, I look into one of their two eyes.

I used to practice with cashiers at the grocery store or wherever. On dates and job interviews I had to be conscious of it.

Strong eye contact doesn't mean you never look away like a psycho. There's nothing Alpha about that. Naturally you're going to look away to gather your thoughts or react to something that the other person says.

Go to a mall, hold eye contact with everyone passing by. That worked for me.

When you look at someone, try to keep your gaze on the eyebrows, work towards seeing what eye color they have, eventually try to see if you can see the size of the pupil. Keep an easy smile on your face and occasionally look away at something so as to avoid staring.

Do you work a job where you regularly have to interact with people, coming and going all the time? If not, it's harder to develop, for sure. Go out in public and just sit somewhere and look at every single person who walks by. Maybe wear sunglasses so they don't think you're a creep staring at them.

Also, learn to look people up and down so you don't have to actually lock eyes for excessively long. Look at the face, then look down and back up, then away and back to the face again, etc.

If you struggle to make eye contact look at the bridge on someone's nose it looks like your looking into the eyes
