I read this book called "When I say no I feel guilty". So, I tried to implement it on certain day-to-day tasks. I was with my best friends (I got 2 of em), I was driving the car and he took my phone to change the songs.

He changed the song and I said: "I don't like the song, Gimme the phone". I kind of felt passive aggression from him for telling him that.

I changed the song and They didn't really vibe to what I changed to, it feels like they force themselves to listen to the shit I want to listen to. I Felt this unseen/unsaid awkward pressure to change the song. Why does this happen?

Am I just an asshole? or I was being shit-assertive?

Note: I listen to Rock/Alternative Rock and Rap.
