TRP is adapting to a SMP where women basically prized themselves out of the reach of the guys within their league.

Think of a non-dysfunctional coupling as a deal: the man forgoes the option to pursue multiple women, while the woman forgoes the option to look for an upgrade behind his back. On the other hand, this means that if a woman is consistently plated by guys, she simply doesn't have her priorities straight: If she's an HB8 yet repeatedly runs into the same problems, she either only appreciates assholes (and as such also deserves to get assholes), or she only accepts male 10s (and as such deserves to be discarded, considering that she willingly takes the risk).

Story time! I know a woman who has done exactly that. Okay, she was a 6 instead of an 8, and also - on principle - had no problem with having casual sex. But the point was that she generally wanted relationships and not just fuck around. However, she constantly pursued guys who were either out of her league or bad boys (she also played the sidepiece for married men at least twice), and also racked up quite the n-count while doing so. Now she's 30 and tries to adjust her strategy, having developed the idea that if she wants a family, going after "fuckboys" isn't very productive (she didn't call them "fuckboys", though, but it seems that she finally realized that this sort of man won't give her the option of having a family).

Now... would you want to date a woman like that?

Your starting assumption is based on "fairness". Life is not fair. There is no fairy that hands out fairness to all.

Fairness as a concept is taking a position of morality.

The implication being: Susan didn't get wife'd up, and that is hypocritical of men (men's fault again).

We all live on a spectrum of behaviours, your test tube situation does not happen in real life. Susan will have had many opportunities, it is not as black and white.

She simply refused to settle for someone at her level, hence the inability to keep a TRP man. There's plenty of examples of men here who chose to have a LTR. U And frankly this automatic expectation of women that marriage is the de facto outcome of LTR is dying in the weSt. We all know why.

Men and women are different. Hypocrisy is pretending they're the same in order to benefit women.

How do you protect your daughter from this, just teach her to stay away from chad and to lock herself down a beta early ?

This is entirely a different question. Male and female optimum sexual strategy is very very different. One sides win is the other side's cost.

Best thing you can do for your daughter is to be a strong Red Pill man, in the hope she goes on to choose the same for herself. Someone who is there for her but doesn't take her bullshit. You won't be an example of Chad Pump n Dump (because you stick around), but you'll be an example of strength.

You won't be able to stop her riding the CC a bit, but you can be honest with her about how the world works in the hope she wakes up earlier than most and locks someone down early.

But can she respect a man who will commit to marriage with her, even at 25? Can she respect a man slightly less attractive than a man she can bang without commitment?

These questions are not entirely answerable.

Susan was dating out of her league. If she didn't quite reach so high she could have locked down an LTR with a decent (but still red pill guy). She wanted the 10/10 and she wanted him exclusive. That 10/10 didn't see her as an exclusive option.

Women are attracted to characteristics that make good men, betas are not good men. We have a dysfunctional society that creates lots of betas, and in part TRP is about fixing that on an individual level.

There are some other dysfunctional aspects to society that are hostile to men that require acting in a certain way just out of self interest, that wouldn't be necessary otherwise.

Think about it this way, most men are poorly adapted to modern society, Most women are as well, just not punished as heavily for it. Some men make the right adaptations and succeed, as do some women. Why concern yourself with those who don't? The men and women who make bad decisions deserve each other.

Men and women have different imperatives. As an older man who is good at "adulting" I would be much more likely to LTR or even, gasp! wife up a girl who was willing to give me her prime-time years. Thus my two primary girls, one of whom I got when she was 19 and the other at 21 would be "eligibe" on that basis.

This perfect hypothetical is broken by what isn't assumed within it. (But is assumed in surrounding to it)

It is assumed and statistically backed, there were safer males who she chose not to be with, alpha or not. There are plenty of ltr/marriage centric alphas out there. Why not have one of them?

Take my favorite for example, I've had a few ltrs that ended with monogamy, I did so too early the last few times and biologically I was still racking numbers and setting measuring sticks for my needs.

Currently I have an n1 (I'm the 1) that could have had others in my level or even higher, but abstained until she found me. (I know this is uncommon but bear with me, I'll explain the measurement flaw, this isn't a sample bias protection just claiming potentiality and possibility)

It presumes that the measurement stick of our selection process is identical, while it is almost completely 'beyond health of partner and maybe the histocompatibility complex' not at all the case.

The agency still resides, and the separate measuring sticks are overwhelmingly at odds.

Great thought piece, but fundamentally it is unhinged by its own unspoken foci. I'm really happy to have read this though op, I'm sure many are trapped in this seeming dilemma. Even better a chance for endorsed to address it.

As I've said before, it's just that people try to find the best mate they can.

Functional relationships happen between people of similar (perceived) value, who would rather have each other for parents of their children, instead of someone else. Women ideally want a high value "alpha provider" as some men in the manosphere present it. Men ideally want a high value, young, beautiful (in looks, behavior, personality) female that will present them with good looking healthy and intelligent children. If the individuals are of somewhat "lesser" value, they'll still get along, although they will always hope for something better. In all cases, cheating possibilities between the couple are related to the amount of other people of similar or higher (perceived) value that happen to be at the same circles as them.

Dysfunctional relationships happen between people of different (perceived) value. Like the HB8 slut who has sex with every man she meets and expects her "beta" to be faithful and provide for her, despite her being abusive to the poor guy all the time. Or like the asshole/dark triad/player guy who again has sex with every woman he meets and expects his most loyal "plate" to remain loyal and submissive despite all the abuse she takes from him. Even if the high value partner has high value ideals and the likes, and for some reason chooses to be faithful, respectful, etc. to his/her low value partner the relationship will eventually implode due to the low value partner being unable to accept how and why someone like "him/her" ended up with her/him.

I have a daughter and two sons. All I can be is a good example and teach them well. Past that, I do not own HB8s or my three children. Stop worrying about her so much.
