I'm not 100% sure how this breaks down to PUA vs TRP, but I do remember the early days of PUA and hated the canned routines especially as it was all so un-British. But the biggest three things that made things work for me was abundance mentality, self amusement, and not giving a shit. When you have nothing to lose and you are having fun, you just sort of turn into the sort of man that is attractive to women. The rest is balls and logistics.

TRP is about internalizing ideas that foster masculinity.

PUA is about routines and making yourself the class clowns to get a woman's attention.

Congratulations! You have discovered the difference between PUA and TRP. PUA is about faking it. TRP is about making it.

TRP is like internalization, where you become what you read. PUA is like a series of note cards and rout memorization. Eventually that topples like a house of cards.

PUA is learning the scripts, behaviors, and routines that communicate to women that you are awesome.

TRP focuses on actually becoming awesome, and then using tools like PUA to communicate that awesomeness to chicks.

So there is definitely overlap, but TRP hits closer to the heart of what real game is.

You don't need to be a dancing monkey doing magic tricks to attract women. But that doesn't mean there isn't a ton of great content that's come out of the PUA community. I've found "real social dynamics" videos on YouTube to be especially useful.

I just think in general, your time will be better spent transforming yourself into a high value man, rather than learning the delicate social dance that will trick women into thinking you're one.

TRP: Become the best man that you can be. Find a mission and the women will come

PUA: Dress like a jackass and make an ass out of yourself at nightclubs until you find a woman who's willing to ignore your weirdness and have sex with you
