How does The Red Pill handle LTR in terms of trust?

Trust issues start being less than important when you know that if you walk away right this second, you'll still be able to find a new girl when you want one.

You need to vet a girl before you commit to her long term. For example,

No slutty friends
Not a drunken party girl
She doesn't have a lot of male friends

A girl can't cheat on you if she's at home reading a book Saturday night

Outcome independence.

Your personal happiness is determined only by yourself -- whether you're spinning plates, in a LTR, or even in monk mode. As a man who understands his own worth and has cultivated a method of continual self-improvement, how women behave becomes trivial.

That being said, maintaining an abundance mentality and avoiding oneitis will make trust issues less important as well.

Welcome to the club. It can't be fixed in the sense that you're asking.

Once you open your eye, you realize that almost everyone is capable of all kinds of vile shit. Even the women you love. Further, even if you manage to find a 'good one', there's no guarantee that 5, 10, 15 years down the line she won't be a completely different person. Especially if you think about the hormonal tsunamis that are childbirth and then menopause, you're pretty much guaranteed that the girl you fall in love with is a temporary phenomena.

trust: it must be earned. Typically: it won't be. Always being ready to walk: simply means LTRs no longer have a purpose. That attitude is great to have but LTRs are ruined by the very emotional/personal state of actually being ready to walk at any time.

May as well all be plates.
