I made a post a while back about how I couldn't approach a girl with people around because I was ashamed of sex, the feeling of others knowing what I'm doing etc.

The solution I found is that approach a prostitute on the street is the most extreme case of spotlight effect and I exposed myself to it by approaching a few prostitutes where I live. It's a busy street with a FUCK ton of cars constantly honking at them etc. And they're wearing skimpy clothing with a fat ass and big boobs etc. So I approached a few and started talking to them in front of all the cars and trucks with their headlights shining on us etc and the worse thing that happened was people didn't give two shits or a couple cars honked but that's it!

The best part is that when people see you talking to them they instantly know why you're talking to them etc and they don't give two shits. Now compare that to simple approaching a Gil in a busy mall or street or club or bar etc and it's like nothing. I'm gonna do it a few more times just to desensitize myself a lot more but it's a good way to get rid of that problem!
