I think the best response for the situation is total non-response. As if you never got the messages.

Let it hang in the air a few days, and let her chase with "hey did you get my message...?"

When you got that milestone, suddenly invite her over and be ready to seduce/fuck her without bringing up the "issues" from before at all. Be as confusing as possible in that respect, don't let her pin you down to anything specific, and yet fuck her good.

The more confusion and "I can't figure him out" you generate in her, the better.

Why not answer to that email "thanks, you too"? Imho there is no reason to be so impolite.

I mean srsly, you ho no contact bc she's been a bit cold and didn't have sex for one day and slept in the other room bc if snoring. So the sense in never talking to her again instead of politely telling her it's over is...?.
