My only observations on the subject are that it can vary with the woman. What is an accurate indicator in one woman may not be so in another.

Also: older is looser in most cases, regardless of the mileage.

I had something similar. An ex and I would spend a few days apart and she'd always feel tighter first day back. Then that stopped happening. She was always the same and a bit looser. Made me paranoid as hell.

Vaginas DO come in all shapes and sizes. But like any muscle, keeping it tight and fit, as opposed to loose and weak and worn out, DOES make a difference. How many men they fucked does make a small difference as they can work their vagina into a shape and get less sensitive and all that, much like any athlete that needs to stretch their muscles to accommodate certain flexibility. Or a more accurate analogy is the vocal chords. You can stretch them out and wear it out by using it a lot, resulting in a more hoarse voice in your retirement age. I've dated women in their early 20s who I can literally shove my entire hand into. I've also dated women who can't take 2 fingers easily. But the big denominator is if they are fit and do things like kegels.

Highly variable. Sure theres stretching out but more sex usually strengthens and enlarges the muscles so it gets tighter. On the other hand lack of arousal makes it tight as well.
