We stress the importance of lifting weights/getting in shape and more increasingly meditation to strengthen our mental clarity. A Redpiller that I cannot remember once made an analogy on a main-sub post which said that lifting is your hardware, and meditation is your software. I'd like to add a third facet to the analogy and say that frame is the power supply/flowing electricity. A weak frame will result in either a non-existent presence or you throwing a temper tantrum like a Beta.
What are some ways you can practice developing frame so that this part of you can grow just like a muscle does from lifting?
