Hard nexting accomplishes multiple things;

Lets you leave her with the imprint of where you were when you nexted her. If you feel yourself start to slip into BP habits, you can end whatever you had with her so her image is of you in it's prime.
Lets you not get attached. Getting attached is a BP habit like above but this is more of a lesson for you. You love your little plate so much that you need to smash it and move on. No oneitis allowed here.
Makes room for better women.

1) you don’t do it for her benefit, you do it for your own. Too much disrespect for you to stick around or deal with.

2) don’t root through the trash. Women are like cookies and mice. Women will treat you as badly as you let them. Getting back together with a woman that disrespected you enough to get a hard next will feel freer to disrespect you again. Rooting through the trash comes with more annoyances than with a girl who has never disrespected you.
