I found a piece of me in this post. I can't give suggestions because I encountered few things like this and I can't still find a reason/solution.

So I had a girlfriend like one year ago. Everything started perfect. The "perfect" I say here is not a romantic relationship. I acted as I should and she acted as she should from the beginning. Everything was as it should be. 1 month into the relationship, suddenly she started to act childish as fuck. She was dramatizing everything unnecessarily. Right after that we started meeting and talking lot less. Because I didnt want to spend time with her. So we both broke up with that "as it should be" relationship in 2 fast days.

I had similiar "what the fuck is happening" relationships before. After the girl I mentioned, I never had a girlfriend. Just hang out with some other girls.

After a long time of not having a girlfriend, I realized that she was not the specific issue. I was fucking done with unrealistic behaviour of girls, and that girl was the end of my patience. I started caring less about girls, and staying away from them was the solution for me because I was uncomfortable from their behaviour. I was sure that 95 percent of the girls was not acting childish on purpose. They act unnatural in life so much that they normalized it inside.

For your case, I think there are 3 odds when a girl acts retarded like this. First one is she acting shit cause she wants to break up, second she normalized acting dumb as i said, third one is she waits for affection from you. I think no one can change the first case. And I suggest if you find a girl like 2, run away. But for 3rd, you should have patience and give her attention if you want to keep her. If you dont want just let her go.

But you could have handled it better. The fact that you brought it up later made her doubt you. You paid everything was fine she was happy then you asked her to pay. Probably could have told her after paying the fine that dinner/drinks or some shit is on her since you got them out of whatever. I know its different but if youre both drunk and you drive her and get a DUI she doesnt pay half. Here you accepted not wearing a helmet and so did she, so she thought the onus is on you.

This precedent needs to be set early in a relationship. If you pay right away... it’s harder to get someone else to pay. Not sure if that applies to you are I don’t know how you acted early on in the relationship.

I like to set compliance tests that involves a woman investing. Sure, come over... bring beer, subway, etc.

If a woman is flat out attracted I’m sure she will even take her boyfriends/husbands credit card and buy Chad something.

You messed up when you didn't set the boundary at the time. You were a little rattled in the moment and she probably was as well. You then asked her to take responsibility for herself and she melted down. Predictable. You should be on mrp by this point. You really needed to wait until your frustration died down and address it in a better way. You could've waited until that night and said to her that in the future you expect her to pay for her legal expenses or the like and that you won't be covering anything else. Women cannot handle anger much less from the man they are attached to.

If a woman is under your leadership she cannot be held accountable for mistakes. So when you tried to ask her why she didn't pay half, to her she was confused as to why she should be punished for doing something under YOUR supervision.

It's like if you're driving a car, shes in the passenger, and ya'll get a speeding ticket. But you get butthurt that she don't split it with you. Yea she made the decision to not wear the helmet but again, you're "driving the car".
