A few months back I started meeting up with this girl in my college chemistry class. We’d meet up and just shoot the shit past midnight multiple times, and I figured she was interested. I asked her out and she declined, no big deal. From there she started trying to get my attention all the time, initiating texts, wanting to hang out, etc. I asked two more times and she rejected me both.

I figure she’s playing games for attention and I unfollowed her on Instagram and even blew her off as dickishly as possible in person, after noticing this she came in with a fuckton of makeup on and her hair done nice and kept looking at me. After she tried to text me a few more times I eventually called her out on wanting to get my attention. She played dumb and I ignored. Now she is texting me again. I figure this is just her trying to get attention, I don’t think she’s ever dated before if that changes anything.

Your advice? Do I ignore, call her out again, or try to escalate?
