Become established as a poet/songwriter

Get my Masters in Marketing and become six figure marketing director at some company (Marketing directors make between 120k-250k)

Raise some disciplined kids so they have the success I'm hoping to have in my later years during their childhood years.

I always got multiple running parallel , but right now my focus is on my own BJJ-gym. I have broken it down in different goals (you can can call them milestones as well) :

Short term (three months):

Get the location ready to the point, where it fulfills all demands the local authorities here in Germany have (i.e. barrier-free access and toilets, emergency exits, etc. pp.) and open up.

Mid term (appr. two years):

Bring it to the point where it operates at break-even. Have a member base of at least 100 paying members. Have a successful kids program with a curriculum in written form. Usually at that point matthew principle starts to work in your favor and new members start pouring in in greater number than those who leave.

Long term (appr. five years) :.

Bring it to the point, where it generates passive income for me and is essentially run by other people. Ideally already have invested in at least one other location and have it open, focusing on getting that running as well.

As you can imagine, these goals are not carved in stone. You never know what happens in life. I. e. there are other people involved in that gym and although we are great friends and partners now, we might not be in three years.

I have other things running, like a clothes brand, which I am working on and where I have these kinds of goals as well, but right now 80% of my energy goes into the gym.

A 200kg bench press and making at least 10 kids. I got some work to do, but I think both goals are achieveable before 50. My girl is going off birth control soon, so I'm hoping for twins or triplets!
