2-3 days just send a hey. but i doubt it will lead anywhere if she turned down a kiss. Make sure to keep gaming other girls and lining up other dates.

How'd you try to kiss her? If you ask a girl ("Can I kiss you?") it's a total turn off. But don't worry about it. Plus, some girls are just shy or want to "make the guy wait."

Ask her out again. Be specific (e.g. "There's a show on Thursday night, we should go." etc.). Either she'll say yes, or say no and offer an alternative, or she'll ignore/say no. The first two mean she still might have an interest. If she says no or ignores you, soft next. Don't text her again to make plans until she reaches out to you, but even that is unlikely.

Meanwhile, approach other women.
