My purpose of having eye contact is to transfer my emotions to someone.

How do I do it?

A photographer once told me my eyes look empty, without texture and emotion and I should spice it up. On that shooting I was thinking, "WTF?? how do I do that?" I started thinking about having really passionate sex with a woman. Two seconds after I was think about it and looked at the camera she said: "Damn, that is it." Maybe she was gaming me, but I like to believe she was honest.

Transition to normal life:

If I have eye contact with a random guy on the streets or have an argument with a man I want to be perceived as strong, I imagine me punching his face (without a frowny face, just normal expression).

If am having eye contact with a woman I want to seduce, I imagine myself kissing her very passionately without looking at her lips.

In that way, I feel more confident in those situations when I do this. Women stare at my eyes and men are kind of intimidated and shy away.

if that happens, i like to do the "waving like a 7 year old". you know when kids wave at someone they like or know, they do this big goofy wave in the air with a stupid ass grin attached to their faces? turns out this works with girls too. 1. they kind of question themselves as to whether they know u or not, like they already should. 2. it immediately makes the situation more comfortable because YOU feel comfortable. 3. and this one's the most important: because i find it hilarious.

Even when the girl rolls her eyes or turns away, i do it for my own amusement and that's what matters the most

Intense eye contact is one thing that happens to me a lot, because I practice eye contact everywhere I go. One of those powerful but subtle nonverbal ways to communicate. Maintain eye contact and see how she responds, and after she responds maintain eye contact: 1. Looks away, doesnt look back. 2. Looks away, but quickly looks back and maintains eye contact. 3. Maintains eye contact. 4. Maintains eye contact and smiles.

This is what I try to do in each case (the moments this intense eye contact happens are over in a flash so you have to think fast): 1. She doesnt seem interested, forget it. 2. Wink 3. Smile 4. Smile back. After you either lead or reciprocate, wait again for a second reaction and indication of interest. If she smiles, laughs, winks back, youve broken the ice and if youve got the balls, go over and introduce yourself (depending on the setting of the interaction, this may be awkward af -- like on a bus, so play out some logistics in your head about the approach). Id start with "i couldnt help but come over and say hi cause this is the funniest thing thats happened to me all day" or "whats so funny?" Or "they said you would wink back. looks around " Pretty much anything to draw them into your frame a little and start things off with acknowledging the absurdity of the interaction (giving them plausible deniability and taking away responsibility, which makes them more at ease and willing to converse). Depending on what they say afterwards, you could find a way to introduce yourself and get their name before you continue small talk (exchanging names may imply that youve become a bit invested in each other at this point, thus youve opened her up to conversation and shes less likely to do things like turn around and pretend youre not there if she doesnt want to talk to you). Ask her if shes from the area, what shes up to, what she does for work, anything. Youre showing interest and gauging her comfort and willingness to reciprocate further interaction. This is the important part. This is where you try to find something about her or about both of you (a shared interest) that you will deem as the reason for pursuing her further at a later time, cause now youre busy and on your way to return some videotapes. I cant go into detail here cause conversation can take infinite routes. Gotta think on your feet. End with "well i enjoyed talking with you, thanks for checking me out ;)" and tell her youll hit her up later alligator.
