I would have said "Aha okay then." Replies like these give women zero satisfaction as to what they would want. She expects you to question her decision and give her validation...Pretty predictable and seems like this girl has abandonment issues from the way she texts. She would want more of you and by cutting her off, her world spins around you.

I take it since she just thanked you for a ride and coffee, your definition of "seeing her" means you gave her a ride somewhere and took her to a coffee shop.

Ignoring her is always on the table, but in this context you came off butthurt that she rejected you. Now before you get too salty, remember you did give her a ride somewhere under the pretense of what probably wasn't a date.
