I've been writing down physical faults I consider to be hindrance to my SMV, and narrowing down practical methods I could use to rectify them.

I decided that perhaps I could divide my "fixed defects" from my "mendable defects" and work something out from there.

For instance, height and looks, would be considered fixed. I could mitigate these shortcomings by wearing different shoes and grooming, but at the end of the day I'm still short and my aesthetics don't resemble that of Adonis.

Acne, Teeth, Weight, all of these are mendable shortcomings. They can be rectified without going to extremes. I could do some thorough research for the right medication, I could get dental work done, and change my diet and start lifting.

But what I'm getting at here is that even the supposed "fixed defects" can be rectified given a certain level of extremity. I've seen videos of a (pricey) procedure in which they extend your legs, or people who undergo plastic surgery, and laser skin resurfacing for acne scars which I myself have.

Assuming I had the money and I was able to correct as much of my aesthetics as possible, It wouldn't necessarily mean I'm going to get laid. It might simply be easier and that seems to be the only point of SMV.

My question is, to what degree of importance should we consider SMV?

What's fixed and what isn't may be determined by what I can afford, obviously self improvement is the objective of this sub. But how far is too far when other factors such as Game and Machiavellianism play such large roles in attraction?

Edit: To clarify I'm talking specifically about looks here. I know SMV=LMS, I should have used the word Looks instead of SMV.
