She handled it correctly dude. Sorry but it's not her fault your physically unattractive. So put your self esteem on some weights or the treadmill. Both preferably.

Biggest part of TRP is taking responsibility. And you guys need to understand that women have no effect on your self esteem. That's why it's called SELF esteem. It comes from you, yourself. We can't blame women for the way they are. They are biologically programmed to be fickle. So it's up to you to make yourself desirable. Not up to women to find you desirable. Women don't owe you shit, even if she's your girlfriend.

She put it the nicest, most honest way she could to you. It was a straight up reason why she broke it off. You really couldn't ask for more. And it probably wasn't easy for her to be so blunt. Just move on dude. Plenty of fish in the sea. Don't get hung up on any of em, thats abundance mentality. It simply didn't work out. Tell that to yourself, accept it, and sleep peacefully tonight.

Listen, you wont always be able to impress every girl even if your SMV is higher than hers. As much as I believe working out and having a good physique is very important, some girls will just overmook that. Cant please em all. Also, It stings because she was straight up with you. Blessing and a curse. It could've been way worse if she played you.

If you think you can improve physically then that's my only advice. And good job on just getting up and leaving.

I have characteristics that some would not find attractive, but I'm not lowering my standards because of them. She told you the truth, which is more than you'll get from most people. Now what are you going to do with it?

As indirect as women are, I don't think she's being fake with you. She probably genuinely isn't itching to have sex with you.

Also, you think she's not that attractive? Every girl has the same hypergamy. Just because she's less attractive doesn't mean her underlying standards are any less than a girl who is attractive. Why would you waste your time with someone you're not that attracted to?

I think most likely reason is that you were too much of a passive cuck. I'm sure it's a lot of fun to be friends with you, and you're a nice guy and get along well with people. But that's just for friendship, yeah.

It happens a lot, and yeah, it will always hurt a bit. We're far more civilized dumping then women are.

But take her hint, if you're above her league and she isn't attracted you went very low value. Find out what it was and don't do it again.
