"I really want to meet up and talk."

When she says this after you walked away 2 months ago, so what is she trying to get here? I've walked away from this girl 2 times, but went with a hard no contact the 2nd time. Then in the last month she tried contacting me twice. Once to wish a happy Easter (text), and the other an 1130pm phone call on a Friday night. Her attempts were 2 weeks apart.

I didn't respond to the text and eventually did to the phone call, but not until after 5 days. All I said was, Hey I see I missed your call. I'm super busy these days. I'm free Thur or Sat if you want to meet up.

She came back with a lengthy text about how she's busy those days but wanted to meet up when she got back from a trip. She tried to be conversational and ask how I was doing. I didn't bite, and just said no problem I'll see you next time. She came back with "Yes. I really want to meet up and talk."

So what does she want from me? Should I even waste my time? It'd be great if she wanted to say she's changed and wanted to give it a shot.
