You have two options about these discussions.

Be honest about your intentions. If you are not interested in marriage, that's fine and you can tell her. This can obviously have the effect of her leaving. If you are interested in marriage (eventually), it's good to lay that out front especially if you're looking for an LTR so you can at least see if your long term goals are aligned.
Lie and not answer the question.

"Do you want to ever get married?"

"Maybe if the right girl comes along"

This is a better option if you wanna plate the girl and see no long term prospect.
