I understand that I have to push and pull while working on some girl. However, in my past (not many) experiences I have either escalated too quickly and scared the girl off or stayed lukewarn to cold too long and the girl walked away with someone else. I have been trying to crack the push-pull concept but I can't seem to recognize when.

Any help other than 'get better' would be appreciated. Maybe some anecdotal scenarios or IOI's that you might have consistently noticed before/after push and pull or even some vague patterns would be helpful. Thanks!
