What's your goal? Have sex with her every once in while? Be more distant. You want an LTR? It's ok to show a good amount of affection. It's how you do it that determines thirst.

Force women to be more transactional with you. If she's not into you, reciprocating conversation, going on dates/hangouts just drop her and flirt with other girls.
