I'd never heard of this prior to TRP (go figure, typical beta) and when I heard about it I went into straight denial. Before discovering TRP at 20 (im 22 now) I only had two legit relationships, mostly because I couldn't exactly attract women AND/OR rarely escalated through about my junior year of college.

Looking back on those two "relationships," both girls had high N counts (10+), which I ignored like a fuckin idiot. I'm now aware of the rule but it seems as if it's an exaggeration. Or maybe I'm in denial (I know both girls were sluts but thinking about the likely number of dicks the gladly took makes me sick).

So, where does this rule come from? Is there any logical reason to believe it's accurate or is it mostly an In the ballpark thing?
