You have to actively exercise what you learn the rest of your life. Even the best of the best can slip up/lose frame/react. Once you begin to practice it and see the results, it doesn't take long to realize it is the correct way. But, you have to constantly and actively be aware of it since it can and does often go against your natural and sometimes even instinctual urges and behaviors. Everyone is different, and some can manage this easier than others.

Its easy to digest the concept, it will just click one day then you will see the truth of the concepts everywhere, but putting the concepts into practice takes some time, years even

i see red pill and blue pill as real descriptions of social dynamics so you already live by it. low value men can consciously use red pill concepts to artificially raise their value. it is natural for a high value man if he is not too affected by societal conditioning

When I saw how upset the beta males in my community got at me for getting upvotes here (I was illegally doxxed and refuse to change my username, because, that's how the terrorist win)
