I'm just curious about your experiences and success rates when using a "Who is this?" text coming from girls that you soft nexted. Do you find that they are too offended to respond or do they happily oblige?

I met this French chick in the bar, chatted and danced with her for a bit then bounced with some friends, but I got her #. I invited her to my place 2-3 days later and she last minute flaked. I have a 2-chance policy so I waited a few days and invited her out for drinks another night and she said she had work in the morning so she couldn't. I told her "K" and that I'm going to Switzerland for a while and she should HMU if she wanted to see me. Left it at that and put her in the "never reinitiate texts with again" category. Went to Switzerland and had a fucking blast.

Fast forward today I get a text from her [I translated it from French]

Hi Tim! I don't know if you're back in [this town] but tomorrow I'm going to [the bar we met in]!

The fact that our first interaction was primarily sexual (touch & conversation) makes me doubt that she considers me an orbiter (yet). I only text for logistics, we haven't talked since that first interaction. Fact of the matter is I don't want to go to a bar where she'll bring all her friends and she invited me, but I wouldn't mind going out on Thursday night. I'm not sure how I should play this (logistics and the text).

I crafted several responses, not sure which one to experiment:

– Who is this?

– Camille? (not her name, but a random other name)

– I can't but let's meet up Friday (to see her 1-on-1 and avoid the friends).

– K

– TRP SUGGESTED TEXT

TLDR, have a good opportunity to use a "Who is this?" text but my past pull rate with these are low. Looking for insight and suggestions on a situation. Any help is appreciated.

Update: I responded with a simple "Ok" a few hours later. I'll go to the bar somewhat late and work the entire place; then I'll see her and her friends, charm the friends over and overall just have fun. If she's cold I'll ditch her or leave somewhat early. Thanks TRP.
