I've been a Redpill lurker for a while now. After every session of reading and learning I think to myself 'Ok got it.'

After interaction with females - which at the time I think is going great - I come back to TRP an realise I've made so many mistakes and I cringe so much.

I've been close to giving up and accepting my natural beta personality. - Stupid I know.

Is there anything which can help me start to get it 'right' at the time and not realise the simple but deadly mistakes in hindsight ?
