Okay, so make a fucking move dude. She's not gonna magically give you her number, ask you out, and then suck you off. If you believe that there's a 5% chance she like a, you must take it as 100% opportunity for you to maoe your move. Invite her out.

Don't be wishy washy either. Invite her to specific plans. I don't know if it's ice cream, frozen yogurt, hot chocolate, pizza, drinks or whatever. Make the plans concrete. Tell her what you'll be doing, where and when. Be very specific with your invite. THEN get her number.
