I'm a bit anti social so I really don't care too much about social codes. I have my own set of rules that I follow - some overlap with your typical social codes and some don't.

Which brings me to the 'bro' code of trying to get girls that are taken. My own code is that I don't mess with any of my friend's girls or generally any girl of people I know. I mean generally as it's on a case by case basis. I don't mess with co-worker's girls cuz I don't want any drama in my life. But doesn't mean I would never mess with a co-worker's girl. The only absolute is I don't mess with a friend of mine's girl. With friends, I care about that friendship more than some pussy. Every other girl is generally fair game.

This line of thinking tends to be at odds with guys in general (who think that bros shouldn't mess with any bro's girl, which I think is dumb AF). I frankly would not care if another guy tries to hit up my girl. If she's a quality girl that has self control, not a sociopath, or she likes me enough, she wouldn't do anything.

Anyways, there's been this girl that chats me up at times, who has a BF who I have never met, and that I only want to smash. Now we initiate contact probably 50/50, sometimes me, sometimes her. I have no idea what she wants when we hang out at times, but I don't care, I just want to smash, so don't mind the company. We haven't smashed yet, but that's the goal. When I talk to other guys about this situation sometimes, they seem to be very put off that I'm sorta chasing a girl who has a BF.

So what are yalls thoughts here?
