Man this is the exact same thing that is happening to me. Whats worse is that I dont use dating apps I approach girls in person and text them for a while then make plans and everything then they cancel last minute. At this point I have zero expectations from a female.

There are two factors when it comes to pretty all aspects of dating, including the first date:

attraction
availability

Attraction: this is pretty self explanatory. If you are not attractive and intriguing enough you won’t get a choosing signals to start off the introduction. Also attraction is hard to gain but easy to lose. If there are days before your meet up, you could essentially talk a girl out of a sale so to speak but being too needy, too available, etc.. You could also have her lose interest without you doing anything, but if you had to pick one, error on the side of less contact and logistics.

Availability: This is when a girl is attracted but has a boyfriends, husband, guy she likes, fuck buddy, etc.. If you look at the general bell scale of female SMV, you will notice that the are more 5-6s than anything, so if you are spitting game to a 7-8, assume you are not the only one. In fact it’s a sellers market as male thirst runs rampant offer free validation to women on social media, and texts.

This causes women to be more entitled to higher value men regardless of their SMV and shortens their attention span tenfold.

All of this is your competition, which is why you need to make yourself your own mental point of origin, lose the apps and improve your SMV.
