First time asking a question on /AskTRP, I feel like this is a pretty valid question and hopefully many other up-and-coming Red Pill men can also use this (hopefully soon to be) bequeathed knowledge to their workout regime, if this situation arises within their respective lives...

Currently i'm studying abroad in Ireland. Have been a member of /TheRedPill for about 5 months now, and have been actively lifting weights and working out 6 days a week.

I have a pretty strict workout plan that has been producing fantastic results, and I plan to continue this workout plan. Unfortunately a situation has arisen where my consistent body-building habits could be put to a temporary halt.

In two weeks, my parents will be coming over from the USA to spend a week with me here in Ireland, and we have a largely extensive itinerary when it comes to traveling and sight-seeing. They will be here for 9 days, and there will be many instances where I will have to leave my University's city for 12+ hours at a time, AS WELL as sleeping in other cities all throughout the country. I don't plan to stop working out during this hiatus, I don't want to regress in my progress. I plan to continue to make improvements during these 9 days, yet I don't know how without access to a weight room when I get to these different destinations, as well as factoring in the restriction of time.

An example of muscle workout combinations I do (I usually alternate combinations/days every three weeks): -Chest/Triceps -Squats/Deadlifts -Cardio -Back/Biceps -Shoulders -Squats/Legs -Chest/Back -Biceps/Triceps/Shoulders -Legs/Back

How can I continue to make successful gains under my circumstances? Are there workouts for specific muscle groups I can do in a hotel/motel, without access to weights? Would it be ideal to buy resistance bands or a portable pull-up bar? What do I do if there are no weight-rooms near my destination as per my vacation itinerary? Should I focus more on maintenance during this 9 day period, versus making progress?

Thank you, TRP has been positively influencing my life immensely over these past months.
