Couple of weeks ago I was chatting with this girl in a bar where I go regularly, she showed IOI's and was friendly, so I asked for her number to setup a date, she didn't want to. So I moved on. Next week she came alone a sat near me and I could see in my periphery vision that she's looking at me. Turned my head and looked her, she moved her eyes quickly but I kept looking at her until she looked at me. I was smiling and she started smiling back, I invited her to join me at my table, she just smiled and didn't respond anything she didn't came over. I just continued what I was doing previously.

I saw her days after, because she works near my work and we bump into each other. Sometimes she look at me with very strange look, I don't how to explain it. Other times she was goofy and like a little girl. I sad it to myself two rejections and it's enough for me. On my scale she's a 7,5-8, and there are guys giving her constant validation and chasing her.

Last nigh at the same bare she came with three male fiends and sat just in front of me and kept looking at me, had a few glances at her and nothing more. At the end the guys left and she was alone, she was sitting and taking very long time to get her stuff. Then she moved closer to my table, looking at phone, moved a bit further, than moved back closer to my table and playing with her hair. I just ignored her, she was there for at least 5 minutes then left.

Like, wtf is this shit and behavior? In my head I saw her as attention whore, just playing with men. Then she looks like she's interested, but something in her head is blocking her. I look good, I workout, I know that I look attractive, and I do get a lot of compliments. But getting the dates it's very difficult. It's not with women that I don't find attractive, they throw themselves. It's harder to get girls that I want to.

I'm not looking for an answer whether I did wrong or right to completely ignore her. I'm looking to understand why is this happening?
