It's very possible that she is looking for a reason to be slutty, without you judging her. If you fulfill this request, she "owes" it to you, so she has an excuse to be slutty.

Ironically, if this is the case, her logic is internally inconsistent. If she is actually getting something explicit, in order to be slutty in exchange... that's more akin to what hookers do, which is an even bigger stigma.
