Go to the doctor and see about your mental health first. I found out I was clinically moderately depressed and got the right meds. Looking ah me you wouldve never knew. I didn’t even know I was depressed until I got a physical and took their tests. I feel confident again. For the last four years I was mentally in the dumpster.. You might have something that they can help you with so you can get to baseline and feel better about yourself and once you feel good about you, the rest will figure itself out.

Go on a vacation to a tourist hot spot. Convince a bro to go with you. Stay in a hostel and make friends.

In the months prior to going, get used to the idea of just building rapport with people and not get anything in return.
