Wear spectacles for some amount of time. May be for a month of two. Even if you don't have to correct your eye power.

It's been nearly two months since I starting to wear specs to correct my eye problem. Though I was introduced to r/seduction a couple of months earlier and thought that I followed the "chin parallel to ground" rule suggested here, I was amazed to find that for insane amount of time, I still failed to keep my head straight.

The way specs helped me was that it provided me a horizontal frame of reference. I had a observable measure to compare to. If at any time I was seeing the top rim of the glasses, I was 'not' looking straight. Otherwise, I was good to go.

This simple observation has helped me more than I can attribute to it to correct my 'looking straight' problem, I thought I never had.
