I always say "Whats your schedule looking like this week?" sounds like an innocent question with no agenda. And then when I sggest a time she doesn't have a lot of excuses.,

Say something like “that would work for me, but I’m doing X on X day, and think it would be awesome if u joined me”

Off the top of my head: her answer is too dumb and borderline rejection to get a reply. Ignore it because you're busy setting up dates with non-flaky girls (right?) And I mean, disappear from her texts.

On day X if you're feeling it wait til like 8 or 9 pm, tell her to come over to your place cause you've been super busy all day and you're gonna relax on your patio with wine, weed or whatever. You can imply it's with your roommates or friends. The entire attitude has to be, it would be fun but if she declines who cares.

I always propose a day. For example: "Up to anything Wednesday? Want to grab a drink?" or "Want to grab a drink wednesday?"
