In his book, Mystery talks about a point after opening the set when the set becomes comfortable with your presence, ie they aren't thinking, "I wish this guy would go away".

When do you know you have reached this point? Are there changes in body language? Other signs to look for?

The main reason I ask is because I have had some sets where I haven't had a really warm response, but at the same time I'm not getting the feeling that they are really uncomfortable, or getting a fuck off attitude from them. I'm not sure what to do with these sets.

I guess the main thing is, when do you decide to eject from a set, and why do you decide to eject? I think that I'm still ejecting prematurely at the moment, and it's holding me back.
