Imo, when you're running a good games, you're very unlikely to run into shit tests like your scenario 2 and 4. And when you do run into shit tests you probably won't even recognise/label them as shit tests in the situation, but just react normally in a way that 'passes' a 'shit test'. Thinking of too many things as a shit tests sounds like a bad idea to me -- maybe she just needs you to hold a bag for a second.

I agree that the reactions you are describing sound good. But I know a lot of guys that use these kinds of answers for everything (and that's the problem, a few answers like these here and can be good and won't hurt), girls are laughing, but those guys are not (consistently) getting laid. Why? Because it's not only about being funny/cocky, but also about setting up the right image of yourself in the girls' mind. And if you don't do that, even if they genuinely laughed at all your responses, she's not going home with you at the end of the night.
