When I ask a women out through texting like "Let's grab coffee Thursday"

And she responds with: "Now already?" "Isn't that to quickly?"

I'm talking now 3 days with her I just want to know her better. She is interested but I feel like I need to text her 2 weeks then ask her out because some women work like that.

What would you do in this situation?
