Go out. Talk to people you dont know in an unconfined space so when you piss your pants from being uncomfortable you arent stuck there with them pointing fingers at you and laughing. Do it at least a 1000 times. After you get to a point where you do not give a single extra second to a thought of how they perceive you, confined space and groups wont create an issue for you

I often feel like it’s not the right situation or I dont know what I should say.

The feeling that it’s not the right situation is a way your ego has to dissuade you from approaching women. Why does your ego do that? To protect you from a bad outcome your ego has predicted could happen for which you are not ready how to handle with grace.

3 girls in a bus. One was my type. How I should've approached them. My guess would be just go up to them, make a joke, introduce myself and then ask for the girls number (I had to get off a few stops after so not much time).

So, they likely may look at each other as they begin to judge you quickly to make a decision about you as fast as possible so they know how to act or even whether they should defend themselves or something in case you happen to be a problematic weird dude.

So, you want to give them answers to their concerns quickly before they decide to make a rushed decision on you without enough information.

So you don’t wanna start saying a random joke or anything without first establishing why you are talking to them suddenly despite not knowing them.

So you say:

Hey girls, just one quick thing cuz my bus stop is near. I know this is random, but the thing is i just saw your friend right here (point at the girl you like) and i just thought woow, i love her style, and i though “man i really want to get to know this girl real quick and find out if her personality is just as awesome, or else, I will regret it”. Is that cool with you guys?

First you set a false time constraint, (just one quick thing cuz my bus stop is near) this relaxes them because their main concern was how do we get rid of this guy if he ends up being a creep? So now they know you will not stay long because your bus stop is near meaning they can relax knowing you will go away soon.

Then, you acknowledge that the situation is random or not normal, which also indicates that you probably don’t do this often and is an exception, which serves to empathise with them, and makes them feel understood.

Then (talking to her friends first) you give the reason as to why you approach them which is that you like their friend because of her style or whatever thing you like about her and you would regret it if you didn’t get to know her. This clears your intentions which is also important as they were wary of ulterior motives.

You then finish it with seeking the friends permission by asking if that ms cool with them. You need the friend’s good will to make sure they don’t cockblock you.

I mean there are better and worse places to approach. In your situation, if they sit down right next to you - just jump into the convo with a relevant comment or observational statement

But if you have to walk across half the bus to get to them - yeah you will seem like a weirdo

What should the perfect situation look like? You walk down the street, nobody around, just a woman who wants you to tell her something, so she makes eye contact with you, she drops her handkerchief, you pick it up and give it to her, she smiles.... If you think like that, you just have a good imagination and you can write a book and call it SCI-FI because such a scenario will never happen.

What you should say? It is an opener and give her a topic of conversation, the classic one is perfect in any situation: "Hi. how's it going?"

I was sat in a bus when a group of three girls came in.... Just wondering how I should've approached them.

It looks like you have problems with a single woman, how will you talk to three girls? Some PUAs say it is easier because if you tell a silly joke, out of 3-4 girls there will be one who gets the joke and laughs while if she is alone she might not get it. But it is difficult and don't do it unless you have the mentality of "I don't give a fuck" and in that case just go talk to them because the next day they will forget your face so it doesn't matter even if you say something stupid.
