Looking for any advice on the above things. This really isn't limited to seduction, but social interactions in general. I've realized that in the past, I'm often too serious and often have trouble letting loose and allowing myself to have a good time. I have my good moments but they're the exception.

In addition, I also struggle with being spontaneous/thinking on my feet in regard to convo/activities - I always feel stuck in my head and often need a plan for various activities.
