For the last few months or so I've done nothing except work to improve myself. I've started going to the gym 4+ times a week, dressing better, eating healthy, being constantly clean, working hard, and discovering new hobbies. I feel so glad to be in the best position of my life, physically and mentally.

My confidence is great in nearly every aspect, but I can't bring myself to approach. I don't feel confident in my ability to have a productive conversation with women, which deters me from approaching. This is extremely frustrating since I know that there really isn't any reason for me to be nervous about approaching. I have a lot more going for me than the majority guys, yet I still can't bring myself to approach. Any advice on how to get out of my head and get past this?
